Precision CNC Machining for the Medical Industry
Medical is one of the CNC machining industries where a part has to perform inside a lifesaving device, and there is no room for a rework loop. We machine components for CT and MRI scanner systems, surgical instruments such as trocar/cannula systems and biopsy cutters, and respiratory, cardiopulmonary, and cardiac devices – in stainless steel, titanium, and implant-grade materials, with documented inspection on every lot.
Our medical machining work includes collimators for CT scanners, MRI table components, anodes for X-ray systems, miniature gears for cardiac devices, DNA analysis insertion equipment, implantable components, and 5-axis machined titanium implants for orthopedic use. One project we are proud of: a micron-tolerance impeller for a ventricular assist device – the heart pump.
